During a “new age” of revivals in ancient paganism and earth oriented spirituality, people have flocked to the ranks of neo-paganism, Wicca, Druidry and Scientology, and for good reason: the state of the world is in demand for a complete shift in human awareness. And while H.P. Lovecraft may have been alluding to such a tradition nearly one hundred years ago (even if only subconsciously) and the 1960’s witnessed a gigantic practical rebirth in such traditions, it was really in the late 1970’s that a separate but synchronous mainstream awakening occurred: the renewed interest in the the most antiquated Sumerian and Babylonian mysteries, specifically the role of the Anunnaki, “Great Gods” who once roamed the Earth and became the figures of our ancient mythologies.
–excerpted from preface of the Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible by Joshua Free
Originally composed by Joshua Free and privately released by the Mardukite Truth Seeker Press in four installments during 2009, the NECRONOMICON ANUNNAKI BIBLE, currently in its 5th Edition, remains the cornerstone of the Mardukite Babylonian Anunnaki Tradition — the most important ancient and antiquated cuneiform tablet writings from the oldest religion of the past made clear for the modern revival of a NEW BABYLON and beyond!
Since the arrival of the NECRONOMICON by “Simon” and THE TWELFTH PLANET by Zecharia Sitchin in the late 1970’s, the most ancient mysteries of modern humans have become the primary focus of the occult underground. Why? Because they bring to light the “true tradition” of the Great Mystery School that has otherwise eluded even the pop-culture mainstream metaphysical world.
To be effective and progressive in our understanding and personal growth — to be able to glean more of the past than our faculties with their spoon-fed programming have so far allowed — we must be able to refine our awareness and interpretation of what we have been told by those charged to protect the past. For example, figures who appeared in our ancient mythologies as “Gods” were of common origin (including the very divine encounters referred to in the Old Testament and throughout the even more antiquated cuneiform tablets from which the Judeo-Christian worldview was originally adopted), called ANUNNAKI by some, and that this was a very important key to understanding the convoluted evolution of the original tradition that developed into the variegated systems now bursting from the new age.
THINK ABOUT THIS… if all of these concepts do centralize with some type of ancient alien inter-dimensional intelligences, then certainly the foundations of all modern religious, mystical and even anthropological lore are in serious need of reevaluation. Such a reevaluation is the intended direction of energy made by the current editor in shedding new light on these mysteries in a medium and at a time when they might be best received, or be prophetically found necessary.
Seekers from all over the globe have begun a mass movement toward the MARDUKITE path and for good reason: it makes sense – it is whole and complete, drawing from the most ancient origins capable of our understanding, making no excuses for itself and in it’s own self-evidence requiring nothing be taken blindly on faith. Looking back to the beginnings we find the origins for all of contemporary beliefs and life-structure among the ancient Sumerian and Babylonian lore. The echoes of these vibrations have been carried throughout all cultures since and are deeply ingrained or impressed on the entire consciousness field that the planet shares…

The Magan Text… The Enuma Elis… Long thought to be the fantastic concoction of wishful-thinkers, the fundamental basis for the mystical, magical and spiritual tradition born of Ancient Mesopotamia has come to life! Cuneiform tablet records of magick and creation are drawn together to reconstruct the most antiquated, powerful and legendary “magician’s primer” ever known to the minds of men — formulated by the ancient Sumerians and Babylonians!
NECRONOMICON SPELLBOOK II Maqlu Magick & The Dark Arts of Babylon
by Joshua Free
2011 — Year-3 Liber M
The Maqlu Tablets… An authentic “Necronomicon Spellbook” of Mesopotamian Magick drawn from the sands of Babylonia — as known to the Sumerians then reinvented in Babylon — forming a complete Anunnaki (‘alien sky god’) “grimoire” — a complete handbook dedicated to Enki, Marduk and Samas (Shammash) and used by magicians and priests for thousands of years to combat in wizards’ duels, reverse the effects of evil spells and curses, banish disease and nightmares, and conjure the protection and blessings of the gods!
NECRONOMICON SPELLBOOK III Crossing to the Abyss & The Underworld
by Joshua Free
2011 — Year-3 Liber C
To the Beyond… By whatever names it has been given, the part of this ‘advanced’, ‘esoteric’ or ‘inner circle’ work connected directly to the “Other”, in whatever tradition it is realized from, is the highest part of the ‘Great Work’ – that which all the rest seemingly culminates into or points toward. It has been considered ‘divine communication’ by some and ‘trafficking with the devil’ to others – but regardless of the view taken, the knowledge and experience of these crossings is never held without some regard, for better or worse!
In 2009, the Mardukite Chamberlains began releasing their underground publications as part of an extraordinarily extensive version of what many people’s debut into the realm of Mesopotamian esoterica had been – the NECRONOMICON.
The newly re-released nostalgia editions of the Year-3 “Necronomicon Spellbook” series make an excellent compliment to the 2009 nostalgia edition reissues of the original Year-1 “Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible” cycle of materials also available from the Mardukite Truth Seeker Press.
The original versions of the 2009 ‘Mardukite Core’ were all elaborately designed limited edition handcrafted tomes that later only appeared in the consolidated anthology titled ‘Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible’. It consisted of the ‘Necronomicon (of Joshua Free)’ (Liber-N) in June of 2009 and three subsequent titles, ‘Necronomicon Liturgy & Lore’ (Liber-L), the ‘Necronomicon Gatekeeper’s Grimoire’ (Liber-G) and the ‘Nine Gates of the Kingdom of Shadows’ or ‘Necronomicon Shadows’ (Liber-9).
The concept of H.P. Lovecraft’s Necronomicon became inseparable from what literary fans and contributors would later call the “Cthulhu Mythos,” which was not really intended as a functional pantheon in itself, but was really a part of a cycle composing Lovecraft’s final works…
CTHULHU first appeared to the public in 1925 (by general consensus), a year after Lovecraft’s marriage. In this new cycle, he sought to give more definite forms to the thoughts and visions that had haunted his life prior. He sought to make sense of the universal reality as it had affected him – as his personal experience has dictated it to be so. Not surprisingly, this cycle of literature was just as sporadic and sparse as his earlier works – one must remember that they were being published as serials in a magazine called Weird Tales, and few of them are book-length as stand alone works.
CALL OF CTHULHU is a short story that debuts the figure that has now become a very familiar name among the left-hand-path, which is to say the “darker” and more “rebellious” aspects of the occult. One really is led to wonder what enlightenment is meant to be gained through the blatant disregard for natural order, preferring the love of chaos. Nonetheless, the darker aspects of the “mythos” are what has attracted the attention. This is not surprising given the retail attention given to such topics. A fluffier book on self-help candle meditation methods using incense and bath soaps has an appeal to lonely housewives, but for those who seek a more antagonistic approach to the “rebellious” nature that results from gleaning the “reality deception,” the system always provides.
CALL OF CTHULHU is essentially a “detective mystery” where-by the rites and activities of a very modern and active “Cthulhu Cult” are unveiled. While the esoteric lore and occult mystery runs deep, just as with any well-established cult in history, the means of enlightenment by “hippie” methods of free love, drunken orgies and the like, certainly leave much to be desired – though many do. Celebration of the lower is hardly a means to the high-er – those who mistake the secret power embedded very intentionally into the “sex gate” will find the experience to be just as physically, emotionally and spiritually disturbing and damaging as any of the other “gates” alluded to throughout the universal NECRONOMICON cycle. This is not to say there is not some validity to the methods – but the human psyche seems to muddle the “sexual” energies, and so it is not a preferred method to instruct in (or at least certainly not at the “neophyte” levels of occult instruction).
What can we say for humans? They were programmed to enjoy fucking so you wouldn’t confuse it with the act of killing – and the emotional charge to try make rational sense of both. If sex wasn’t made to feel good, for at the very least “evolutionary” purposes, the human race would have bred itself out into extinction a long time ago. The race has grown to hate each other, itself and everything “apart” from itself. How dismal, indeed – perhaps Lovecraft had a point or two after all.
“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all it contains. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piercing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.” ~H.P. Lovecraft, Call of Cthulhu
“Within post-Christian era mystical accounts, such as we see with the Medieval and Dark Age era grimoires of the period, the magick and traditions are reflective to a ‘polarity’ that does not actually exist.”
— Joshua Free, Liber 555
WHAT IS REAL??? — the entire idea behind ‘devil worship‘ and ‘satanism‘ (or the entire ‘left-hand’ interpretation of reality, as a whole) is entirely dependent on the existence of these beings as they are generally understood – something which only came about as a result of the Judeo-Christian level of consciousness that came to occupy the masses.
Prior to this ‘introduction’ of the ‘devil’ by Christian standards it would have been completely impossible to have proper ‘devil worship‘ or ‘satanism‘. The entire mythology that people are most likely to know regarding these matters is Hebrew and Christian in origin, making suggestion toward an understanding of the world based on a moral or ethical dualism that is not at all present in the traditions and writings of the more antiquated ancient world.
“Humans have always had a predilection to ‘patron’ one face of divinity over another. Such is programmed into their being and similarly the way in which ‘order’ was first introduced to the most ancient of the modern human civilizations. The idealism of monotheism is not as prevalent in the ancient world either.” — Joshua Free, Liber-555
While all mystics and spiritualists understood the concept of the ‘unifying’ and ‘supreme’ force that tied all existence together, they also understood that such did not
make a direct ‘physical’ and ‘singular’ presence in the material ‘level’ of perception encountered everyday. Therefore, there was no confusion about the nature of the ‘divinity‘ held by ancient men in their encounters with the ‘ancient gods’.
“The idea that the Necronomicon emphasizes ‘darkness’ or that it is an ‘evil’ book all stems from the idea of it reflecting a pre-Christian ideal from the ancient world that immediately is dubbed ‘pagan’ or ‘satanic’ when reflected in a Judeo-Christian light.”
If the NECRONOMICON is ‘evil’, then it would be ‘evil’ in the same light as all ‘neo-pagan’ reconstructions including Celtic Druidism, Norse Shamanism and obviously any of the pantheons and cultural traditions being revived by Wiccans and members of other ‘sects’, ‘societies’ and ‘orders’ in the occult realm of society.
Most of the ‘forbidding’ nature connected to the NECRONOMICON comes first and foremost from the ‘air’ that it carries, remnant of the literary styling H.P. Lovecraft attached to it and then secondly, from the overtones given to the ‘occult’ in the 1970’s for the release of the Simon Necronomicon – and even the very marketing of the book as that name and the ‘dangerous’ and ‘forbidding’ aura that the title carries…
